We always begin with personalised planning: I listen to your wishes, choose the most suitable location and send a comprehensive info packet with tips on wardrobe and preparing for the session. Sessions take place at my studio in Suutarila, outdoors in a beautiful setting or, if you prefer, in your home — the choice depends on the mood you want to create. At the studio I offer loan garments, especially maternity gowns, so you don’t need to worry about outfits. The shooting experience is always relaxed and thoughtfully paced: I allow time, give gentle guidance in poses and create a safe atmosphere where glow and authenticity can come forward. Many clients tell me the session felt like a pause from everyday life — a moment to enjoy their body and the meaningfulness of expecting a child. I particularly recommend maternity portraits around weeks 30–36, when the bump is beautifully defined but you still feel comfortable.
