I’m Heli Savolainen, a photographer specialising in maternity and pregnancy photography in Kouvola. My studio is located in the Kymin Ruukki area in Kuusankoski, where we create a calm, warm setting, but I also shoot on location across the Kouvola region and, by arrangement, in Helsinki. How do we work together? Before the session you’ll receive a comprehensive photography guide and we’ll arrange a planning call or a meet-up over coffee so the shoot matches your wishes. Each session is tailored — whether you want atmospheric portraiture of your bump, intimate moments with your partner, or images that include older children. Getting to know you beforehand is important to me so that on the day we can focus fully on presence and connection. The shoot itself is relaxed and gently directed: I encourage and support you, finding natural poses and light that highlight your unique story. Your images are delivered via a beautiful, password-protected online gallery and a mood-filled video slideshow that’s easy to share with loved ones.
